Definitely. I typically use the "Preview: Send test email" at least once, and sometimes 2-3 times per article to see how it lands in the inbox. A very different reading experience and you do spot things here and there.

Preview does not do the job for me. I have to get the thing in my inbox and pretend it's something unexpected.

How do you do that other than using the "Preview: Send Test Email" option without having the article published?

Oh wait, we just talked past one another. My bad - ADD wins over OCD sometimes.

I was trying to say that looking at the preview on the screen without sending a test doesn't do the trick for me. It's just too similar to reading it within the editor. I think we probably do the same thing, though.

Yeah I was definitely talking about the "Send test email" option as well. It's just that it's found under the "Preview" tab.

I'm glad we spent the last hour clearing this up! But really, the proofing process is really important, and I certainly send things out and notice errors at least once a week, and maybe it's more like 2 or 3x.

OTOH, people will finally begin to believe I'm a human.
