My heart goes out to you not having access to Claude!🥲. The huge context window makes it my favorite LLM. My favorite experiment so far was to paste in ‘The circular ruins’ by Jorge Louis Borges and ask for some critical analysis. Claude actually helped me to understand the themes and symbols in this obscure story better! I hope Claude comes to your neck of the woods soon. Maybe try a VPN?
Yeah I hear great things about Claude and its ability to summarize long research papers, PDFs, etc. better than GPT-4 because of the context window.
I use VPN for e.g. ChatGPT Vision (which is US only for now it seems), but I run into issue with signing up for Claude because they also require a US phone number for SMS verification. Maybe gotta check if there's some way to resolve that as well.
Speaking strictly about web interfaces (and not AI) my favorite AI site so far is still Dezgo (stable diffusion). All the other sites seem to put various barriers to entry in the way. Dezgo lets you right in immediately. Instead of charging a flat fee, they charge by use. Seems pretty reasonable, as I've created a LOT of images, and so far spent only $1. So Dezgo is where I've spent money on AI so far.
You're showing me cool tools faster than I can absorb them. My main challenge at the moment is to be clear about what I really need, and what is just cool.
Yeah info overload is a bit factor these days. There's just so much out there. I always try to share tools that are free to use, at least for a limited number of credits. Both Riffusion and PlayHT Turbo are like that - they just require a free email sign-up and you get a bunch of credits to try stuff.
But as you said, it comes down to what you ACTUALLY need rather than the next fun gimmick to play with. There are simply too many otherwise.

Interesting.
Thanks Daniel! PlayHT and Riffusion both look very interesting. Looking forward to exploring both. Keep'em coming!
Awesome. Let me hear what you think of them once you've tried them!

I like the illusion prompt!
Yeah lots of fun. My kids enjoyed it too!
